- Once you place your order and e-mail or fax in your student/teacher ID, your discount academic software can show up at your door as soon as tomorrow.**

- Saturday delivery is available at a higher rate than the Next-Day delivery price. Please call If you want to choose the Saturday delivery option.
* Please note that the Free shipping is via USPS Surface Mail which takes up to 2 weeks for delivery and does not include tracking or insurance.
** Orders received before our shipping cut-off time of 2 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday will arrive on the next business day if you choose the Next-Day Delivery option (and if the day the order is placed is not a holiday and the next business day is not a holiday). For example, with the Next-Day Delivery option, an order that is placed on Tuesday before 2pm will arrive Wednesday (if it is not a holiday). An order placed after 2pm on Tuesday will ship Wednesday and arrive Thursday (if Thursday is not a holiday). An order placed on Friday before 2pm will arrive Monday (if it is not a holiday). Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will ship the following Monday (if that Monday is a holiday the order will ship on the next business day that is not a holiday). In some cases we require one business day for review of your academic verification.
We reserve the right to ship via an alternate shipping service if such service will deliver the order to the customer in the same shipping time or less than promised.
